Stop hating on Blake. Having a sad Yang is enough already. Blake has reason to doubt. She and thousands of others saw the same evidence against Yang. She can’t blindly put her faith in something, that is why she left the White Fang and Adam. She had faith in them, but they let her down.
Sure Yang had her back during the first season when she ran off, but that was different. There was no blatant evidence tying her to the White Fang or any wrong doing before Blake let it slip. Even then, the evidence wasn’t nearly as strong as the evidence is against Yang right now. Even after letting it slip there was still no damning evidence that tied her with the Fang or any crimes until she admits them. Not only that but you forget what the White Fang used to be. It wasn’t always a terrorist organization, and wasn’t one when Blake first joined. Along with that she had frowned on their current actions while defending faunus before all that went down.So even if they believed her to be connected to them, her actions told them that she didn’t hold their views. RWY were acting on what ifs and maybes as they were searching for her.
The evidence against Yang is strong and damning, and Blake is acting accordingly. As far as Blake is concerned, she and thousands of others just watched her best friend assault an innocent person without provocation. There is even footage. There are no what ifs or maybes. No one saw the illusion but Yang and the viewers. We have to remember that the other characters don’t see what we see. Yang is innocent, but Blake doesn’t know that and has no reason to believe it.
If I watched a friend assault an innocent person for no reason, then have them turn around and tell me something along the lines of “he attacked first” I wouldn’t believe them either. Having video evidence that confirms what I saw would further distance me from them. Not only that but I would distance myself because of morality. Blind faith in anything, even friendship, is bad.
TL;DR: There is no reason to be mad at Blake because reasons you were too lazy to read. The anger is misplaced because also reasons. It isn’t hypocritical because again reasons. And I worry for you if you would side blindly with a friend who attacked an innocent person.
